Belief in the Afterlife - What Does Heaven Look Like?

I have been meditating extensively over the last months about the Afterlife and what that means to me. I know that one day I will leave this Earth Walk and return to the Source to be re-born again to learn, grow and become ever more connected to Spirit. It is a shame in a way that I will not recall my current life however but should my Soul feel the same pull towards Spirit as it has during this Earth Walk I am sure to be okay. Perhaps if I did remember the last life time it might stunt my growth in the next. Who can be sure.

This is my belief system... that my Soul will choose to leave this life and will choose to come back again and again until I don't need to do so anymore. What makes my Soul decide that it doesn't need to come back anymore... I can only speculate.

Not everyone believes the same thing I do. Does that make what I believe wrong - or for that matter is what they believe wrong? I don't think so.

During my last meditation I had a definite moment of clarity. Everyone's Afterlife is what they believe it to be! If you believe in heaven... then that is the Afterlife you will have. If you believe in Reincarnation then that will be your Afterlife experience etc.

Why not? Spirit can do anything in the Universe... maybe Spirit is the Universe and of course there is always the chance that there are parallel alternate Universes. Wow the mind boggles!!

If we just keep it simple I think I can say with certainty that we get what we believe. Our minds are the most powerful tool we have while we are alive. It can make or break us with its rhetoric. If we believe we can make things happen, even miracles, or we can ruin everything with a single negative thought. So therefore if we believe that we are going to go to heaven then that is what we shall receive. Spirit would not allow us to have such conviction and then give us something we never expected.

As a believer in Spirit I hesitate to consider what atheists will experience. I am not sure what they expect to receive; nothing? Is that what they will receive? I doubt it. I believe they will receive a chance to return and do it all again and hopefully in that life connect with Spirit after all we are given the choice every Earth Walk to do just that. I think it raises some interesting questions that I will have to meditate on further...

It is really anyone's guess...

Caskets - Guidance on Eco-Friendly Burial

Nowadays it is possible to prepare an eco-friendly or green funeral service for your relatives with eco-friendly caskets and cremation urns. For households who do not like to harm the planet while placing their household to rest can include greener choices into their funeral set up. Green funerals are all about maintaining the funeral service simple, pure and elegant as possible by returning to nature in a way that won't harm the environments, but will actually retain the yard and enhance opportunities for birds it's about leaving the earth a much better place. The eco-friendly funeral movement is gaining momentum. Lots of people are choosing to be buried in caskets that don't create toxins and pollutants into the environment.

Initially, you will need to decide what to do with the dead body. There are numerous possibilities, all of which are green. An example may be cremation. Over the past several years, crematoriums are making an effort to lower their emissions. Despite minimal pollution, cremating may be better for the atmosphere compared to traditional funerals. If you like to pick a technique against cremation, go with burial, here you are burying your loved one in a green cemetery in an "Green" casket. Under these circumstances, the body eventually decomposes, becoming portion of the world. Many processes that are part of basic funerals, such as embalming, conventional coffins and concrete containers, delay this procedure, using unfavorable items to the planet. Eco-friendly graveyards do not let some of these circumstances to be exposed to the environment within their border.

With regards to memorials, there are many methods that can be obtained. Becoming increasingly popular, you may now pick from a variety of eco-friendly or green caskets. These caskets are biodegradable and are good for the earth. Most individuals find that there is a financial difference between green caskets and traditionally caskets. The least expensive, and likewise green casket, is the cardboard casket. This casket is as large as a usual casket; however it is shaped in more of a rectangular shape with a top that fits over it. Extremely cost-effective, card board eco-friendly caskets tend to cost more or less $50.

Keep it small. A funeral service of only a few close friends and family members creates far fewer wastes than inviting thousands of individuals, many of whom travel long distances to visit. For the service alone, keep things local and low impression. Print programs on recycled papers, use locally produced flowers, carpool during the procession, or even offer organic foods. Leave a living memorial. Instead of a more regular gravestone or mausoleums, consider growing a tree honoring the deceased. This funeral is not only more ecologically sounded than the traditional memorial, but also much more welcoming and hopeful.

Aside from donating your loved one's organs, selecting an eco-friendly caskets and urn there is another significant factor you need to think about. Select a green funeral ground. Eco-friendly funeral grounds support the healthy growth of local plants and creatures and take care of the land on which they sit from encroaching development.

Spiritual Awakening Now In Your Lifetime

Does spiritual awakening seem impossible? Have you ever wondered? Perhaps, at one time in your life you gave it some thought, but did not pursue it. Maybe, you gave up thinking spiritual awakening is something only a few can do. If possible at all.

Actually, you can discover God now. There is no reason why you should wait for the end of your life for an idea that may not be true. All the major religions of the world have made such promises to you. This cannot be substantiated until you are dead and gone. How clever.

So, in the meantime, they deceive and deprive you. You have no means of knowing if what they say is true. Therefore, their illusion continues because of your lack of understanding.

Why not awaken to spiritual understanding in this lifetime? Spiritual awakening is about you discovering life beyond this mortal life, here and now.

There is no need to accept what another proclaims. It is up to you to find out if there is eternal life. While you are alive, discover this truth within you.

Spiritual awakening is to realize you may see within yourself rather or not there is that which is called God, Truth, or Allah. In fact, that has no name so it really does not matter what name you use.

If you are serious about awakening, it is really quite simple. To listen and observe the working of your own mind holds the key. And, when you least expect it, there is this spiritual meditation that comes alive in you.

You cannot force it to come at all. Simply open the door of your heart and it is there. This spiritual silence is the doorway that is opened to all of us.

Through spiritual meditation, which is beyond the mind, you may awaken to the divine spirit, which is immortality.

This spirituality within you is pure intelligence. You have the power to transform the whole of humanity through your consciousness. Not in theory, but as an actuality.

In fact, none of the religions is interested in changing man. That is their illusion. To transform man in the true sense of the word is not in their best interest.

Actually, through spiritual awakening, you discover divine wisdom beyond all the religions. This intelligence transcends knowledge, which awakens within you. It is a total transformation of your perception. A complete change altogether.

Then perhaps, you will see the beauty of life beyond this existence. A life that is not an escape or dream. This reality is beyond the limitations of the mind and all its imaginations.

In fact, spirituality is to have the insight to see with complete clarity. Perhaps, you may watch the wonder of a stunning sunset across the immense waters of the ocean. As the last glimmer of sunlight fades away, it moves you so intensely, you can feel the beauty of it taking place within you.

Spiritual awakening is the light of blissful living. This awakening within is beyond beliefs, faiths and philosophies. It is the realization of being in love with an inexpressible joy beyond this existence.

Ultimately, it is the art of discovering what you are in truth. Now you may go beyond the idea of belonging to any religion or philosophy. To awaken spiritually is to realize the truth that transcends this mortal life. So, it is up to you to bring about this new life within yourself.

How To Develop Clairaudience

Clairaudience means ‘clear-hearing’. It is the ability to ‘hear’ Spirit.

How to Communicate with Your Spirit Guides

Everyone has several spirit guides and protectors who work in the unseen realms. These may be deceased relatives, angels, archangels, ascended masters, goddesses/gods, the Holy Spirit, or some soul you have partnered with in past lives in order to assist one another with soul development.

Our guides may change throughout our lifetimes. As our souls grow from lessons learned, we may "unlock a new level" (like we do in video games) of ascension and no longer need the guides we were working with. We may be introduced to spirit helpers who are more advanced (have purer energy) on that plane.

Many people think it is difficult to get in touch with their guides, but the truth is our guides WANT to communicate with us. The reason some people don't hear from their guides is because they don't take time to get still and listen. They are consumed with busy work schedules that zap their time and energy; their spiritual practice is either non-existent or not a priority. Another reason is because our guides do not infringe upon our free will (as dark entities do); they wait to be called upon. So, why not call upon them today? There's probably something you are dealing with that an advanced soul, who sees more of the big picture, could help you with. Why struggle when help is available?

It's not necessary to know the names of your spirit guides in order to work with them. In fact, you may have so many helpers working behind the scenes on your behalf that you couldn't possibly remember all their names and roles—that is unless you feel led to do that kind of research. In those cases, I suggest you do the exercise below or use oracle cards such as those created by Doreen Virtue. She has a deck for angels, archangels, ascended masters, goddesses, etc. I have about eight decks that I use whenever I need precise guidance. The instructions for use are in each deck.

How to find out who are your guides:

1. Light a candle and set your intention to hear from Spirit
2. Breathe deeply for a few minutes to clear your mind
3. Call in your spirit guides
4. Ask for the names of your guides (optional)
5. Write down what you hear/see/sense
6. Thank your guides for their message(s) to you.

I trust that you will begin to work with your guides and find your life goes much smoother as you listen to and follow your higher inner guidance.
